What should we focus on next?
MindMup is community driven, so we’ll work on what our users want the most. For best results, please:
- Formulate ideas as work objectives (explain why, not just what/how). For example, ‘collaborate with friends remotely’ is much better than asking for ‘google realtime v2.0 integration’
- Do not submit stuff anonymously. We want to discuss your proposal with you if it gets votes, and anonymous submissions don’t allow us to do that. Ideas submitted anonymously will most likely be closed.

Task management: Snooze Nodes
Please add a "Snooze" button to the node context menu.
If a node is snoozed, if will be hidden for a specific amount of time.
So the mindmap can kept clean and crisp, since no nodes are shown, that I can not work on for now.After clicking the snooze button, a popup should come up where I can set the time that node (and all his childs) will be hidden.
There should be the following options:
- 12 hrs
- 1 day
- 2 days
- 3 days
- 1 week
- 2 weeks

Zoom with z and Shift-z in fullscreen view

Toggle toolbar in non-fullscreen mode
The toolbar is a distraction for keyboard-based users. I'm using MindMup in one browser window whilst searching in another beside it, so I don't want to have to use MM in fullscreen just to remove the toolbar.
Can you add a View->Toggle Toolbar option please?

Have a sort of circular style for the map themes
Like the typical mind maps, where the nodes go out from their parent in a radial direction, instead of only left and right

Make a stand alone Windows App or windows program since Google won't allow desk top apps in the future.
Make an App or program for windows environment for offline working since the Desktop app will be removed. That or allow for stoing directly on web to your OneDrive account.

Color search
Hi guys, great app. Currently (2.0) you have a little bit different search of color (only via first letters of color). Earlier i could search more quickly if i know unique letter consequence in a color. Could you integrate this feature back?

Triplets Connection
Nowadays, it is essential to have the possibility to represent triplets and not just hierarchies. I would like to represent something like a taxonomy.

Button organize not working well
It is impossible to keep our mindmups directly into the folder we have searched after clicking the button organize next to the title of the document, we have to select another subfolder. Can you please work on a solution and let us know about the result?

ability to drill down mode on tablets and smartphones for review
mindmup is dependent on a desktop and or a laptop but when your a student on the go and needs something light to carry such as a tablet or a smartphone
when i open mindmup on a tablet and or smartphone thru mindmup website and i try to move the screen up and down, it accidentally moves the nodes to a different position making it a little annoying to put them back in the correct place when i get home on a desktop or a laptop.

Add "twin" nodes.
Provide ability to add nodes which are connected or touching each other, "twins". This would be different from siblings as each sibling is separated from each other yet each twin can branch off with individual child nodes just like siblings. Twin nodes can better illustrate multiple thoughts or processes which are connected together or share common traits other than a parent thought.

Quick insert partial screenshots in nodes
I'd like to be able to make a quick insert of screenshots in nodes. Something like an insertion tool which allow to selected any part of screen and insert it directly in nodes, as we can do in MS OneNote..

Add multiple documents as attachments to nodes
Add multiple documents as attachments to a node. Frequently there are documents supporting the information in the node, it would be great to attach the documents OR at minimum add a google docs link to a folder where the documents are stored.

User-specific node colour outline for collaboration
I've been using MindMup for collaborating with people on breaking down large thorny problems into smaller sub-problems while showing reasoning steps.

Move notes from node to node
Can you add the ability to click the note icon and then drag and drop it onto another node. Currently moving notes is done by duplicating the note and deleting the old one. It takes a lot longer.
Optionally make a copy (leave the original note in place when dragging and dropping)

Export text as text to SVG (not as paths)
Currently MindMup 2.0 exports text to SVG as parths, not as text. This means that the text in the SVG file cannot be selected or edited as text. Please export text as real text to SVG (not paths), or at least add the option to do so.

Progress - Ability to assign tasks to people
The ability to have a list of people and then assign tasks to those people.
Then have a way to list or show the tasks assigned to a specific person.
This could be added to Measurements with the ability to add a text field that only shows on the last end nodes as you would not want any calculation.
You could then download to a spreadsheet as well.
Then you would need a way to list only the nodes with a particular person assigned but this is not essential.16 votes -

I've voted for the ability to Search in Attachments, but also need the ability to search within NOTES.
