What should we focus on next?
MindMup is community driven, so we’ll work on what our users want the most. For best results, please:
- Formulate ideas as work objectives (explain why, not just what/how). For example, ‘collaborate with friends remotely’ is much better than asking for ‘google realtime v2.0 integration’
- Do not submit stuff anonymously. We want to discuss your proposal with you if it gets votes, and anonymous submissions don’t allow us to do that. Ideas submitted anonymously will most likely be closed.

Rotate a Mind Map
Would love to see the ability to rotate a mind map so that instead of going top down or sideways it could go bottom up (upside down pyramid)

Allow multiple text colors within one claim box.
Multiple text colors within one claim box will allow instructors to represent explicitly that the "rabbit rule" and "holding hands rule" have been satisfied (or not, as the case may be.)

Ease of access. I don’t want to carry more than my mobile or have to carry more than one tool.
I want to use MindMup on my mobile device. I would love to see that I can use a calendar from within MM and it integrates with all my mind mapping ideas. But yeah you got to have an application for MM. So far it finally has captivated my attention form almost 1/2 dozen mind maps out there. It’s good I like it keep up the good work, but like I said an application is a must. Especially one that will work with a pen such ipad’s or Lenovo’s, Samsung and does chrome have a pen too ?

Say you are networking for your organization and you have hundreds of entities or individuals involved, and you want to organize them in different groups and be able to connect these people in different ways. For example, I would like to organize a the people according to the region their company is, to the type of organization (NGO, private, federal, state, etc), to the persons interests (tourism, environmental, industrial, manufacturing, etc.). Time measurement
My nodes are tasks, grouped into different areas / topics (parent nodes). I added a minutes measurement to track times on task. It works great, except "1385 minutes" on a parent node is harder to read than "23h 05m". It would be great to get times supported as a format for measurements.

Notes section should show only the selected node's notes. Not all other notes.
Currently with the notes open, if i click on a particular node, corresponding note section heading gets highlighted. But it would be great if the only relevant notes occupy the complete note section. This helps the author to see what he is interested in.

please enable dropbox integration just as like the google drive integration one
you should really enable this as dropbox is in my onpinion a better tool for corporates

Cell Markers
It would be great to be able to have Markers to place on the map cells. This helps in grouping items. Adds a great visual experience in finding, strategizing, categorizing, and more.

Freemind export should include the node specific notes as well
I tried freemind export in my gold account. i got only the main nodes. But the notes for each of the note is not visible in freemind note section.

Copy and paste the properties of a node or a line
It would be really useful if, when I have changed the properties of a line connecting one node to another or the properties of a node itself, that I could then copy those properties to other lines/ nodes

when adding a slide in a storyboard, add it after the selected slide
currently, the slide is added at the end of the deck. Big pain when you have a long presentation and you have to reinsert the slide. It would be so simple to add it after the selected slide in the storyboard view.

Fewer Clicks for Basic Functions and Better User Experience for Mindmup Gold
There are some basic functions that have an unnecessary number of clicks to achieve which negatively impact the user experience.
1) Logging in to gold account from www.mindmup.com – when you sign into your gold account using 'sign in' from landing page it takes you to your account information page. You then have to click 'Use Mindmup', which takes you to another landing page. Then click 'Open from Mindmup Gold' or 'Create New Map'. If you choose 'Print' the title should be added on the map
If I now print a map, and I do that often to look over it later on the day with a beer or cafe and a pencil :) It is annoying that I cannnot add the Title to the print out but have to write it down my self. If this can be added would be great!

Box which can contain multiple nodes
Please include a box or border lines which can be drawn around multiples nodes along with text to indicate common features of those nodes. A closing curly braces "}text" can also be used of this purpose

Auto save is not working properly
Dear Team,
I wanted to report that sometimes auto-save feature is giving lot of problem.
Because of some technical reason the auto-save would not work even if internet connection is there or is lost and then later restored. It keep trying to save and user doesn't have any option and fear about losing data, even if I download the file restoring that is not easy and clear.
Earlier feature about off-line working was easy where it use to check and ask that local content in changed and do I want to save the changes.
