Require Android app
More than chrome support on android, feel more comfortable with android apps.
Hi,
I propose we consolidate this with other mobile device ideas, so that it can get a significant number of votes. An Android app is not realistic for the near future. Instead, I propose we do a better interface on mobile devices in general. For that, I’ve opened another idea. Please vote on that if that seems sensible and important for you.

To use MindMap in Android is IMPOSSIBLE! Using it in the browser is HORRIBLE. It's impossible even to create a node by pasting the text in the clipboard. The presentation in the browser of the phone is pathetic. In other words, MindMup is not for Android users!

I've tried using the app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and find it difficult to the point where I just don't use it there.

I use mindmap on smartphone (not only tablet), the actual interface isn't easy to use on smartphone. The Mindjet maps is an example of good interface on smartphone (but sucks on other problems...).

In my opinion, the tablet browser isn't comparable to the desktop browser. Even though I have a fairly powerful laptop, it is considerably slower (animations in particular). Also, not having a keyboard makes it much slower to edit stuff (especially since the buttons are all hidden in a menu - as discussed in another thread here). Also, unlike what happens on the browser, for some reason I don't understand, a great deal of times, clicking buttons results in selecting text instead of actually clicking the button.
Having said that, I fully understand that creating a native app is an incredible amount of work, and polishing the web interface is probably the way to go :)

what would an android app give you that the chrome browser does not?
