To clarify what I am thinking of....I think that the phone app should only be a reflection
of the "checked" nodes of the mind map. A window on some parts of it. Not an editor of the mind map. I think that actual work on the map..the filling in of new details...and the marking of some tasks as compelte and the creation of new nodes that were depending upon some result for instance... should only be done with access to the whole map...which is not a reasonable thing with a cell phone screen.
Typically...my action items are on the outer fringes of my maps.
Like a bug bite that is scabbed over at the center and still red and working
on the outskirts.
If I could toggle some switch...or assign some color (red would work fine for me)...or include some string...that would cause the text from just those nodes so marked to sync to my phone. I would have the hots spots of my map at my fingertips all of the time.
Perfect for my needs...and I am a selfish bastard.
