MindMup is community driven, so we’ll work on what our users want the most. For best results, please:
- Formulate ideas as work objectives (explain why, not just what/how). For example, ‘collaborate with friends remotely’ is much better than asking for ‘google realtime v2.0 integration’
- Do not submit stuff anonymously. We want to discuss your proposal with you if it gets votes, and anonymous submissions don’t allow us to do that. Ideas submitted anonymously will most likely be closed.

Allowing embedding of interactive Mindmup into Onenote
Onenote is starting to support various embedded media:

Would be killer if you could embed mindmups in onenote since that's what we use for most of our work notes and communications. Great if you could see it right there, natively in onenote rather than having to open a browser.24 votes -
Ease of access. I don’t want to carry more than my mobile or have to carry more than one tool.
I want to use MindMup on my mobile device. I would love to see that I can use a calendar from within MM and it integrates with all my mind mapping ideas. But yeah you got to have an application for MM. So far it finally has captivated my attention form almost 1/2 dozen mind maps out there. It’s good I like it keep up the good work, but like I said an application is a must. Especially one that will work with a pen such ipad’s or Lenovo’s, Samsung and does chrome have a pen too ?

Allow multiple text colors within one claim box.
Multiple text colors within one claim box will allow instructors to represent explicitly that the "rabbit rule" and "holding hands rule" have been satisfied (or not, as the case may be.)

If you choose 'Print' the title should be added on the map
If I now print a map, and I do that often to look over it later on the day with a beer or cafe and a pencil :) It is annoying that I cannnot add the Title to the print out but have to write it down my self. If this can be added would be great!

Don't lose my data with a Jean-Luc Picard Facepalm
Is Mindmup a sensible, professional platform, or should we look elsewhere?
Just saying "doh" isn't good enough, clear recovery instructions to prevent data loss - and better still stopping / ensuring recovery automatically are what is needed.
Imagine Google's share price if they started to show a Patrick Stewart gif in response to temporary errors or made so little effort to ensue important information is recoverable.
This has showed up at work on our very stable internet connection, while I'm capturing notes in a meeting, I won't make that mistake again.

Cell Markers
It would be great to be able to have Markers to place on the map cells. This helps in grouping items. Adds a great visual experience in finding, strategizing, categorizing, and more.

Time measurement
My nodes are tasks, grouped into different areas / topics (parent nodes). I added a minutes measurement to track times on task. It works great, except "1385 minutes" on a parent node is harder to read than "23h 05m". It would be great to get times supported as a format for measurements.

Download (archive locally) multiple maps at once
It's good practice to have a local backup of one's data. One can now download maps one by one, but this is time-consuming if you have many maps. It would be great to be able to download all of one's maps at once to one's local machine (for example, as a .zip archive of .mup files).

you should really enable this as dropbox is in my onpinion a better tool for corporates

Distinguish arguments from explanations
Reasoning usually includes arguments and explanations. Being able to denote a brace as one or the other would be useful for argument visualization

when adding a slide in a storyboard, add it after the selected slide
currently, the slide is added at the end of the deck. Big pain when you have a long presentation and you have to reinsert the slide. It would be so simple to add it after the selected slide in the storyboard view.
