Node Attachment View
I already commented on some other idea in this forum with this, but I think this is really important. Many mind mapping tools are using so called notes view (node attachment in mindmup), but they are all doing it wrong. Maybe you think this is a bold statement, but with 15+ years of mindmapping experience I can assure you that notes (mindmup attachments) are integral part of any mindmapping/writing creative process. MindMap is visual way of structuring informations, but equally important is sequential (text) representation, which is after all final product of most export operations. The only software which is offering such approach is Inspiration software (http://www.inspiration.com/Inspiration) where you can switch between visually structured information (diagram/mindmap) and text(outline) representation. I would really like to have it side-by-side, but Inspiration will never implement this. So I strongly suggest to MindMup dev team to consider such outline view (or upgrade storyboard view, which is great) with content from node attachment. Please vote for this suggestion and make MindMup best mindmapping tool ever.

We just did an update for writing notes and text content in MindMup 2.0 that is, I believe, similar to this request. How far is what you’re asking for from this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLZqv9aBVUo

Thank you for formulating this idea! Not only for writing, but also for sharing study material 'beneath' the map this would be great. Currently the only way to look at this is by clicking, and that is not sufficient.
Please give this one or more votes!

Yes, outline view would be great for writers! Mindmap is god for visual structure, but I want to see all text I wrote.
