For Android:

Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
Tap on the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner to open the menu.
Select "My apps & games."
In the "Updates" section, you should see https://whatsmb.com/whatsapp-gold/ listed if there is an available update.
Tap "Update" next to WhatsApp to download and install the latest version.
