Lock nodes status
When I use the Progress extension I define some colors to tasks. Then when I go to my taks that are childs of nodes that are ideas, not tasks, the ideas take the colors of the state from the childs and that is not usecefull. Also when you are collaborating with people and you want to let them know that some node should be lock by the moment, somebody can change it if you don't lock it. Could be some other ways that "lock" is a good feature.

This looks similar to the suggestion at http://mindmup.uservoice.com/forums/200447-what-should-we-focus-on-next/suggestions/5442028-have-an-option-to-inhibit-status-propagation-to-pa
I would find this feature useful, not only for having a sub-section of tasks affected by progress Status without affecting higher sections, but for marking nodes as an easily-applied 'status', as in using a configured format, without tracking and propagating as "task progress"

Same here. I'm doing a Mindmap to organize my knowledge on software engineering. I have statuses for "Want to learn", "Theoretical knowledge", "Some practical knowledge" etc. But there are some top level nodes like "Testing" which should never be "Finished". So I would like to lock the status of these nodes.
