Quick color picker
Foreword: I do not prefer shift space shortcut. I want to see basic color palette.
Statement: It might be nice for this app not forcing me to click 5 times for visually pick a color. Currently I have to right click the node, Node Style, Background, select color, click OK.
Solution suggestions: How about right click + node color + select color (no OK button) = 3 steps
Or, how about right click + select one of 5 MRU color = 2 steps
I regularly update my color backgrounds. However, as said before, I do not prefer using any shortcuts.
Why should apps categorize and change setting hierarchy? With every feature option gets deeper being victim of getting app closer to visible neatness. Is there an A/B test for users? I want the view node options with old design, if choosing is possible.

I would like a color picker similar to say jira... when you change the node color once, it's easy to use the same color option for other nodes... Select node color once, apply to many other nodes with one click. Maybe splitting font color and node color two two separate functions (menu items) would make it simpler too

This could also be described as wanting to be able to define "quick styles" for nodes. If there were a drop down in the toolbar to pick between "quick styles", and it were possible to add/modify these styles, it would help with quickly changing some nodes without having to click thru a number of screens to change the color and/or text properties.
