having markdown support in node text would be great like
in a node
the main concept is bold this one is italic

So - please also consider a robust markdown implementation. This would open a lot of possibilities for some of us - like being able to embed images in nodes which point to exact urls to images from hosting services we may use (imgr etc). Gives a huge flexibility bang for the buck. To me - having to browse and search for images with the given interface on the web or else among gdrive photos is imprecise and time consuming.
