What should we focus on next?
MindMup is community driven, so we’ll work on what our users want the most. For best results, please:
- Formulate ideas as work objectives (explain why, not just what/how). For example, ‘collaborate with friends remotely’ is much better than asking for ‘google realtime v2.0 integration’
- Do not submit stuff anonymously. We want to discuss your proposal with you if it gets votes, and anonymous submissions don’t allow us to do that. Ideas submitted anonymously will most likely be closed.

Size of the attachment window on mobile (too small currently)
This is an idea for the web app.
Wherever I use mindmup on my Android Chrome, the attachment window gets too small, covering only a small portion of the screen.Ideally, mindmup could use some media query, like this:

(Im guessing on the width)
I´ve tested changing the above style and the screen fits better.Well, just my idea... I love your service, thx

how to associate mup file to mindmup desktop version
could i click the mup file and open it directly to mindmup desktop version.

remove the auto save on mindmup v2.0
So I use mindmups to study, and the automatic save doesn't work for me. Suppose I open a map and then expand a node but I don't want to save that change, what do I do then?

I would like To Use as Web Research With the map.
This is similar to what mindemeister has. You can search google, youtube, images and much more right within the platform Please add this feature so we can use a research tool. Thanks

when searching, it would be great if hovering over each option brings us to the node.. so that even if there are mutiple nodes with the same content, we can easily see which one is the one we want to go to, without having to click on each one and search again to click on the next one

Apply a measurement status of 'parked' to a node to exclude it's measurement from the parent node computed measurement.
This would allow me to compare the relative value of including or excluding options from the overall cumulative measure (the Goal)

Toggle toolbar in non-fullscreen mode
The toolbar is a distraction for keyboard-based users. I'm using MindMup in one browser window whilst searching in another beside it, so I don't want to have to use MM in fullscreen just to remove the toolbar.
Can you add a View->Toggle Toolbar option please?

Think through complex, shifting inter-relationships
Which means having the ability to freely change node type and relation, e.g. child to sibling, sibling to a new root, etc. Without that capabiIity, I'm better off with paper and pencil. I love MM's interface, but it's just a tantalizing glimpse of what I need. I see that others have suggested parts of this, and that the developers declined and made reference to another project; I'd be very interested to hear about that when it becomes possible.

Overlayed trees
sometimes children requires a connection not only with a link but with a subtree. Is it possible to place subtree in another layer which can be switched off if necessary?

exporting outline to powerpoint WITHOUT fixed font formatting
Currently your export into PPT (I use Google Slides) only exports FIXED Text formatted into each slide which I then need to manually edit every slide as it is not "text format" that automatically snags into the "text fields" from the templates in presentations.
This is MAJOR IMPORTANT as it is a waste of time if the text is exported with FIXED formatting.
It is actually useless when I create a presentation that has my given formatting, logo and fonts already set in my master templates.
So the only way for me is to use the outline and manually type…

Consistency of shortcuts
"Enter" in Standard Mode creates a sibling box while "Enter" in Top-down view creates a child box.
Vice versa, "Tab" in Standard View Mode creates a child box while "Tab" in Top-down view creates a sibling box.
Is there a way to keep the shortcuts consistent across various views, ie ensure "tab" creates a child and "enter" creates a sibling in both horizontal and vertical views?
