What should we focus on next?
MindMup is community driven, so we’ll work on what our users want the most. For best results, please:
- Formulate ideas as work objectives (explain why, not just what/how). For example, ‘collaborate with friends remotely’ is much better than asking for ‘google realtime v2.0 integration’
- Do not submit stuff anonymously. We want to discuss your proposal with you if it gets votes, and anonymous submissions don’t allow us to do that. Ideas submitted anonymously will most likely be closed.

Hotkeys sets (freemind/xmind/vim/etc) via Extensions for better user adoption and efficiency.
It will definitely help:
1) eliminate frustration of active users of other mindmap tools, resulting in better adoption
2) no need to chase, implement and fit together all those hotkey requests from different popular apps
3) could improve efficiency (hence popularity) with VIM like hotkey setsPlease add you ideas/comments!

Nodes TAG update!
Nodes.. I must write them everytime if the same! I suggest a way to modify one for modifying everyone! with the same "tag" so The "node" is updated! And If I wanna use It anywhere.. It will be displayed and I don't need to have a copy everytime with the risk to forget about updating one!!
(I'm not talking of numbers! measurements are good but doesn't show nodes, only numbers!)

Export to BPMN2 function.
BPMN can be a little daunting for people who are not familiar with it. -though it's dead logical- people don't pick up tools they are scared of. It's a sure step up from Mindmup (e.g.: conditional workflows, triggered automation etc...). But Mindmup could fill the gap for junior collaborators! Colleagues around the company could be invited to write out basic process maps using Mindmup (with freedom to append notes and images or URLs); the maps would then be exported into BPMN2 by quality / business process managers to refine them and integrate them to IT systems. Quick insert partial screenshots in nodes
I'd like to be able to make a quick insert of screenshots in nodes. Something like an insertion tool which allow to selected any part of screen and insert it directly in nodes, as we can do in MS OneNote..

Button organize not working well
It is impossible to keep our mindmups directly into the folder we have searched after clicking the button organize next to the title of the document, we have to select another subfolder. Can you please work on a solution and let us know about the result?

Triplets Connection
Nowadays, it is essential to have the possibility to represent triplets and not just hierarchies. I would like to represent something like a taxonomy.

All synonyms as child nodes
When Im stuck, I find it immensely helpful to use a dictionary and put all known synonyms for a word into my mind map, to see if one of those spark my creativity in a new direction. I would love if the software could help me do this.
(On a similar note, I often run a word through picture search, to see if random pictures from the net can spark my creativity.)

Resequence hierarchical references in AM mode by current left-right position on the map.
In argument mapping mode, hierarchical references are currently sequenced in the order in which they were created, even after moving nodes around or adding nodes to the left of already existing ones. . This can result in convoluted/unintuitive ordering. Having a clear sequence of nodes facilitates communication about them. Adding letters to indicate grouped claims (i.e., reasons) would facilitate communication even more.

Export colores of nodes to Freemind - nodes as bubbles with background color

When I set background colors of nodes in MindMup, so my tree is happy colorful,

API or import/export functionality - that will allow for users to use MindMup2 as a visualization tool of complex hierarchical datasets
When dealing with complex datasets, such as TOC of a large multi chapter document, it can be very useful to have some form of GUI for restructuring the data. in this example - the ability to reshuffle and re-organise the master document and link different chapters (headers) of the document to each-other.

Sharing improvement on online view mode
Like on Google Document
I'd like to share with my friends and keep editing like on Google Documents.
On Google Documents when we share any document the URL keep the same so our friends can see the changes we made without we share a new URL.
There are 2 types of URL for the same document: the view mode and the edit/comment mode. On "view mode" people only see the document without the edit options.
At this moment we can see the mindmap on smartphone very well.

Arrange nodes to fit DIN A4 page format
In order to put mind maps into documents there should be a feature to arrange the map to fit a page format, like DIN A4. So I can then export a PNG and paste it into a document that fill the complete page.

Include measures in outline export
I'd like an option to include measures in outline export (or to add the correct indentation into existing measures export).
Example use case:
Development team is planning a new (software) product and assigns an "estimated effort" measure to every feature. Exported outline with estimated effort is sent to project manager who includes it in a quote for a client.Current measures export functionality is not useful for this use-case, because it creates a flat structure (not indented with tabs) and a person needs to manually combine an outline and the exported measures to get the desired result.

Add option to insert parent reasons / objections in argument mode
In argument visualization mode I can add parents to reasons or objections. However, the line connecting the new parent to the previously existing reason / objection neither signifies a reason or an objection. It is a grey line.

Button to select entire pathway
There are buttons for selecting sub-trees, but I would love to be able to select every branch leading to a node as well as sub-trees at the same time.
